Job Description
Title: Project Coordinator
Department: Operations
Job summary
Locally owned commercial Window contractor seeks to fill a Project Coordinator position within the high
paced regional construction industry. We are looking for an individual who has confidence, drive, excellent
communication skills, and a high sense of urgency. This position works directly within our operations team
and must have a desire to succeed.

 Communicate project information with customer representation and internal personnel
 Jobsite inventory control
 Track and notate daily installation progress
 Check onsite installation quality
 Check and expedite material orders
 Review and administer onsite safety requirements
 Distribute products, tools, and misc. equipment
 General understanding of commercial construction industry
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Publisher)
 Some secondary education
