Bids Sought Again For Tippin Gymnasium Renovations

Clarion, Pa . The Pennsylvania Department of General Services on behalf of Clarion University will receive bids for the $35 million plus renovation/addition to Tippin Gymnasium . The state has rejected all bids from two previous openings (January, 2015 and January, 2016), and now will accept bids for General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contracts on April 20, 2017.
