West Virginia University Plans New Business School Facility

Morgantown, WV: The John Chambers College of Business and Economics will soon be housed in Reynolds Hall - a new 180,000 square foot campus facility to be constructed on the site of the former Stansbury Hall. The new building will feature a pedestrian bridge, and in addition to classroom/research space it will also feature recreation areas, food courts, and retail facilities.

With soft costs the overall budget for the building is $100 million . Construction costs are estimated at $80 to $90 million.

Pittsburgh based P. J. Dick Inc . is the Construction Manager - the project will bid in phases as design is completed. Initial bid packages could be release in the fourth quarter of this year - the target completion date is mid 2022.
