Penn State Evaluates CM Proposals for Osmond Hall and New Physics Building

University Park, Pa (Centre County) : In the coming weeks, The Penn State University Board of Trustees will select a construction manager for the Osmond Hall Renovations and a New Physics Building on the main campus.

The project, with an estimated construction cost of approximately $117 million , will include a new 105,000 square foot Physics Building and renovations to the 47,000 square foot Osmond Building.

ZGF of Wasington DC is the architect for the project.

Bidding is currently scheduled for late 2021 .
